Q1. How soon do you dispatch the order after it is placed?

All our instock products are usually dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Very rarely and in case of unavoidable circumstances we ship our product within 24-72 hours. For custom orders, we share a timeline at the time of placing the order.

Q2. When will I get my order tracking number?

Once an order is dispatched, you will receive both an email and a text message with your order tracking number.

As soon as an order is shipped you will receive an email and a text message with the tracking id.

Please note most orders within Delhi-NCR and Bengaluru are self-fulfilled. In such cases, we do a confirmation call on the date of delivery.

Q4. How do I know when my order will be delivered?

Typically, we send out 3 SMS/Email notifications to our customers. Each of these notifications will have your tracking id:

  • 1st Text/EMAIL: Right before the product is shipped
  • 2nd Text/Email: Once the product is in transit
  • 3rd Text/Email: When the product is out for delivery

Also, before attempting delivery, our logistics partner will call you to confirm your availability.

Q5. Why is my order not delivered even though it is in my city?

Our products are categorized under the “Oversized/Heavy and Bulky” category. This sometimes means that a special delivery vehicle has to be arranged for it to be delivered. In absence of such vehicles, we sometimes see very minor delays in delivery even though they are at the delivery hub.

Furthermore, before attempting deliveries, our delivery partners will get in touch with you over the phone to confirm your availability. Deliveries are NOT attempted without this confirmation.

Q6. My order has not been delivered within the mentioned time line. What should I do?

All the orders that we ship are tracked by our dedicated team through its entire transit journey. Thus, even before you realize that there is a delay, our team member has already red flagged it and is working actively in resolving it. You can reach out to us in case of unexpected delays and we will work closely with you until the order is delivered.

Q7. Is my order guaranteed to be delivered within the mentioned timeline?

Mostly yes. Guaranteed, NO.We boast of a 98% ON-TIME delivery and just as high a percentage for “BEFORE TIME” delivery. However, despite our best efforts, there are a few cases which do get delayed for reasons beyond our control. In such cases, we can see a delay in delivery and we will keep you apprised of it.

Q8. Can my order be delivered sooner than the mentioned timeline?

Since our products are oversized, we can only ship it through surface transport. Thus, we are not able to provide express shipping per se. However, if you have a special requirement, we can discuss with our logistics team to come up with the shortest transit duration, which usually is a marginal improvement on our suggested delivery timelines.

Q9. I want to change my shipping address?

As a best practice, we telephonically confirm the order and address before we ship out. However, if on an off chance there is an issue with the address, reach out to us immediately. If the “New Shipping Address” is in the same city and has a serviceable pincode, we are usually able to change the delivery address. However, if you are wanting to re route the product to a different City, State or a Non serviceable pincode, this will incur additional charges.

Q10. Why is my order not delivered right at my doorstep?

Our logistics partner delivers orders as per the Residential Housing Associations guidelines. Hence, if the security of a particular complex or society does not allow doorstep deliveries, we will not be able to do them and follow the guidelines of the society.

Also, all deliveries meant for higher floors should have Service Lift access big enough to fit the sofa bed. In very rare cases, we have encountered challenges in doing doorstep deliveries due to narrow staircases, non-functional or small lifts. In such cases we request the cooperation and understanding of the customer keeping in mind the size of the product.

Q11. Custom timings and days for delivery?

Our delivery partners deliver Monday - Saturday on business days. We are not able to accommodate delivery requests for Sunday or on holidays. Also, owing to city restrictions on the movement of trucks (yes, our sofa beds need mini trucks for deliveries), the timings for delivery are restricted based on local law and enforcement.
