Some foam depression over time is normal and only considered a defect if it exceeds 2 inches. As the foam adjusts, the fabric may shift slightly—this is expected and not a defect.

Covers are handcrafted, so minor stitching variations may occur.

Due to the lightweight foam construction, slight misalignments may happen during transit. Simply adjust the parts after unpacking to restore alignment.
