Every Mio sofa is crafted exclusively for you. Once your order is confirmed, we begin sourcing fabric, preparing the frame, and scheduling production.
As each sofa is made specifically to your order, returns or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection cannot be accepted.
We encourage you to carefully review your dimensions, fabric, and colour choices before placing your order. Our team is always happy to assist through an experience centre visit or a video consultation.
Slight variations in colour may occur due to differences between fabric batches, photography lighting, and individual screen settings.
These natural variations are considered normal and do not qualify for a return or replacement.
If you'd like to see the fabric before ordering, we recommend visiting our Experience Centre or scheduling a video consultation with our team.
Each wooden sofa is precision manufactured and hand-finished. Minor dimensional variations of up to ±2" are considered standard manufacturing tolerance.
Returns or replacements for measurements within this tolerance will not be accepted.
Our wooden sofa collection is currently delivered within Bangalore only.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Requests to change the delivery location outside our service area after an order is placed may not be accommodated.
If an order is cancelled due to an address change:
Most wooden sofas are handcrafted and delivered within approximately 2 weeks from the date of order.
Should there be any unforeseen delay, our team will proactively keep you updated throughout the process.
Wooden sofas are delivered to the ground floor as standard.
If delivery to an upper floor is required, please contact our team before placing your order so we can assess lift access or stairway requirements and advise you of any additional charges, if applicable.
Your Mio sofa is backed by a 3-year warranty covering the frame, foam, and mechanism under normal residential use.
Warranty service is available only at the original delivery address or at locations within Bangalore. Damage arising from misuse, improper handling, modifications, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
