Non-returnable Product: Our wooden base frames are non-returnable, unless there has been a mis-shipment (i.e., a completely different product has been delivered).
These frames are custom-designed exclusively for Uberlyfe Sofa cum Beds and are not compatible with sofa beds from other brands. Orders citing fitting or compatibility issues will not be eligible for return.
Fitting Issues: In case of fitting concerns with Uberlyfe sofa beds, validated through a previous order ID, minor variations due to handcrafted tolerances (+/- 2%) are considered acceptable. Only in rare instances of major compatibility issues will a return be considered—strictly on a case-by-case basis.
Color & Finish Variations: As with all wood-based products, slight variations in grain, texture, or finish may occur and are a natural part of handcrafted furniture. These are not considered defects and will not qualify for returns.
Measurement Tolerance: Each frame is handcrafted, and a dimensional variation of ±2% is within acceptable tolerance. Returns will not be accepted for measurements within this range.
Shipping Delays: We dispatch all products on time and aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe. If a delay of more than 7 business days occurs beyond the expected delivery date (excluding cases caused by customer unavailability or incorrect shipping information), you will be eligible for a free return.
Important: Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as "no longer needed," "change of mind," or "used with a different brand/product."
