Returns & Cancellations
Orders once placed cannot be returned or cancelled.
Color Variations
Products may exhibit slight color differences from batch to batch due to fabric lot variations. Additionally, lighting conditions during photography or differences in screen settings may cause the colors to appear slightly different. Returns or replacements will not be accepted for such variations.
Measurement Tolerance
Our sofa beds are handcrafted and may have a measurement variation of up to +/- 2%. Returns requested due to minor measurement discrepancies will not be accepted.
Shipping Policy
We currently deliver our wooden sofa and sofa bed range only within Bangalore. Requests to change the delivery address outside Bangalore after placing the order will not be accommodated.
Delivery Timeline
All wood-based sofa beds are delivered within approximately 2 weeks. In case of any unexpected delay, our team will keep you informed.
Delivery Policy
Wooden sofa beds are delivered only to the ground floor. For deliveries to higher floors, please contact us before placing the order.
Warranty Policy
We offer a 2-year warranty on the frame, foam, and mechanism under fair usage. Warranty service is only applicable at the original delivery address or within Bangalore.
