Returns & Cancellations

Orders cannot be returned once placed. Cancellations are permitted within 48 hours of placing an order and are subject to a 3% cancellation fee to cover transaction charges. Orders cannot be cancelled after this 48-hour window.

If we are unable to fulfil an order, the customer will receive a full refund.

Colour Variations

Products may have slight colour variations between batches due to differences in fabric dye lots. Colours may also appear different because of lighting conditions during photography or variations in screen settings.

Returns or replacements will not be accepted for these minor colour variations.

Measurement Tolerance

Our sofa beds are handcrafted and may have a measurement variation of up to ±2%. Returns requested due to discrepancies within this tolerance will not be accepted.

Shipping Policy

We deliver our foam sofa beds across India. Our wooden sofas and sofa beds, however, are delivered only to selected serviceable PIN codes.

Requests to change the delivery address to a non-serviceable PIN code after an order has been placed cannot be accommodated.

Delivery Timeline

Our sofa beds are generally delivered within one day to two weeks. Please check the estimated delivery timeline displayed at checkout for the latest information.

If there is an unexpected delay, our team will keep you informed.

Delivery Policy

Foam sofa beds will be delivered to your doorstep, provided there is adequate access. If access is restricted—for example, due to narrow passages or staircases—the sofa bed will be delivered to the ground floor. As a general guideline, staircases should be at least 32 inches wide to facilitate smooth delivery.

Wooden sofa beds are delivered to the ground floor only. For delivery to a higher floor, please contact us before placing your order.

Warranty Policy for Duo

The Duo comes with a three-year limited warranty on the foam, subject to fair usage. Warranty service is available only at the original delivery address or at an address within Bengaluru.

Damage to the fabric, zippers, stitching, or other external components is not covered under this warranty.

If the product arrives damaged, please raise a service request within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs and videos showing the damage.
