Returns or replacements for color variations are not eligible for free returns and will incur our standard return fees.
Measurement Error: Our sofa beds are handcrafted with a measurement error tolerance of +/- 2%. Please note that returns citing measurement errors within this range do not qualify for free returns.
Shipping Delays: If we miss the delivery deadline by more than 1 business day for Priority deliveries or more than 2 business days for Express deliveries, we will refund the additional shipping charges paid by you. Delays due to customer non-availability, non-responsiveness, refusal to accept delivery or incorrect address/ phone number will make the shipping charges non-refundable.
