Color Variations: Products may exhibit slight color variations batch-to-batch due to fabric lot differences. Similarly, color variations due to photographic lighting or monitor settings are beyond our control. Returns or replacements for color variations are not eligible for free returns and will incur our standard return fees.

Measurement Error: Our sofa beds are handcrafted with a measurement error tolerance of +/- 2%. Please note that returns citing measurement errors within this range do not qualify for free returns.

Shipping Delays: If we miss the delivery deadline by more than 1 business day for Priority deliveries or more than 2 business days for Express deliveries, we will refund the additional shipping charges paid by you. Delays due to customer non-availability, non-responsiveness, refusal to accept delivery or incorrect address/ phone number will make the shipping charges non-refundable.

• These sofa beds are designed for individuals weighing under 90 kg. Regular use by those over this limit may damage the foam, which is not covered under warranty.

• Some foam depression over time is normal and only considered a defect if it exceeds 2 inches. As the foam adjusts, the fabric may shift slightly—this is expected and not a defect.

• Covers are handcrafted, so minor stitching variations may occur.

• Due to the lightweight foam construction, slight misalignments may happen during transit. Simply adjust the parts after unpacking to restore alignment.
